Balloon Pom Poms, sometimes known as balloon clusters or topiary balls. They are air or helium filled balloons made into a pom pom with ribbons attached and hanging down. Balloon Pom Poms can be attached to ceilings / beams / poles / marquees / fences / posts or helium fill them
and they can be tethered to ribbon or fishing line and weighted. They must be attached to something.
Balloon Pom Poms start from $20 each air filled.  Minimum order of 4.
Air filled they last for days if not weeks -  Helium filled they are a one day decor item only.
